I know someone personally that is going on 3 years sober, this place is golden and would recommend this place for anyone that's struggling with addict. If your willing and open minded then this is the place for you. Hands down.

I will first say that I happen to work at Cliffside Malibu, but I will also say that last year I unfortunately had to send my son through the program. You never know what to do until it is in your face. I learned so much more about the program while my son was in the facility. Everyone was so caring, they really go the extra mile to make sure that they are meeting every clients needs. From the one on one therapy three times a week, to the family group sessions on Saturdays, everything is focused on healing the family as a whole. After almost a year my son is sober and doing really well today.

Great place to send a loved one or yourself. Very attentive staff and great therapists. They really care about the clients and offer AA meetings to go to every night. The scenery is beautiful and the houses are incredible. The owner is a really great guy who honestly cares about what he's doing.

CI was given the chance to go to Cliffside Malibu by the owner and because of his genoristy I was able to get through a bad point in my life. After going through the program they had I was able to learn much about my life and personal witnessed miracles happen to people with no hope. It is a truly amazing company with it's care for helping people be the best person they can be.

I went to Cliffside Malibu in 2016 and it was THE turning point in my life. I had been trying for 15 years to get sober and nothing worked. The facilities are beautiful in stunning Malibu overlooking the Pacific, you feel like you are away from everything. More importantly the treatment and therapists are excellent. You come in contact with a range of different therapists which for me was key. I am so grateful to Cliffside it changed my life and I now have 2 years sober. I highly recommend this well run first Class Treatment Center.

Cliffside Malibu continues to be the highest quality treatment facility in the country. As a former employee, I know first hand that clients are treated with the utmost care and respect. This facility takes the treatment of addiction seriously as evidenced by selectively hiring staff, ensuring that the clinical team is up to date on the most recent treatment interventions, and ensuring that treatment be tailor made to the individual. I found this to be refreshing after working at various, less sophisticated facilities, that exploit the 12 step model, and use it to coerce clients to stay in their facilities. At Cliffside, I always felt valued as a clinician , and like my voice mattered. I have found that there is a direct correlation between the level of clinician wellness and client wellness. Unfortunately, there is an inordinate amount of toxicity, corruption and questionable ethics that occur in most treatment facilities. Cliffside is in a league of its own, you won’t find a better facility to help you or your loved one.

My good friends are like family to me and to me, family comes first. When it became evident that neither myself nor fellow friends or family members could help, I joined the effort to get one of my best friends the professional help that we could not provide. After a lot of research, calling around, and more research, we found Cliffside Malibu. Let me just say that at first glance, this place was gorgeous. It overlooks the ocean and exudes luxury. It just seemed, on a first impression basis, as somewhere my friend could find peace and serenity while working through this very serious problem. The staff was super professional, welcoming, and put us at ease. I can honestly say that after having spent his time at Cliffside Malibu, my friend is doing much better and has the staff and environment to thank for that. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in need.

As a former staff member, I can fully attest to the quality of treatment offered at Cliffside Malibu. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings and can honestly say that Cliffside Malibu provides clients with the most individualized care in the industry. No other treatment center I have worked for has even come close to employing the same caliber of staff as Cliffside. Simply put, the professionals at Cliffside are the best in the world. I feel honored to have worked here.

This place is amazing no one does it better than Cliffside Malibu!!! I made an excellent choice working for them. All staff members are trained to provide the best quality of care that anyone can provide. All the patients love Cliffside they are always telling me that this is the best place they have been to. If your looking for a Luxury Rehab with top quality staff and a outstanding treatment program then this is the place!!!

This is the best residential treatment center I've ever encountered. The staff there are the kind of people you'd dream of having to take care of your loved ones in their most desperate times. The accommodations are exceptional. It feels as if clients are staying in a hotel, but it also just feels like you're right at home. Excellent emotional support staff treat clients like family. I also love that they plan activities outside of the center so they aren't just cooped up all the time. I felt beyond safe and content knowing my closest friend was being taken care of here. I wanted to stay when I went to visit!! Can't recommend highly enough. I'd happily send my own mother there if she needed it.

I started working at Cliffside Malibu as a Resident Advisor and I absolutely fell in love with the job. The work we do for our clients makes me feel like I am part of something bigger than what's actually in front of me. Being able to help and be there for clients during the most vulnerable time of their lives gives me a sense of purpose and It humbles me at the same time. Our program caters to our clients' individual needs while upholding our Mission as a treatment center. My colleagues are the most supportive human beings I've ever worked with! They never fail to make me feel well supported and appreciated!!! The work we do makes a difference which is why I decided to stay and work for them as a nurse as soon as I got my nursing license. I couldn't be any prouder to say that I am a part of Cliffside Malibu.

I am so grateful to this place. I've had two friends go through their program successfully. Between the beautiful facility and top notch care, I would definitely recommend to anyone serious about seeking help.

I sent my cousin to Cliffside about six months ago after doing exhaustive research and believe me I'm glad I did the research and I'm not disappointed. I participated in the family program every Saturday to be supportive and I can tell you it is top notch and since so many people come from across the country, and really from all over the world, accommodations were made throughout the week for those folks. People have said that I'm highly codependent but the truth is my cousin is more like my brother or best friend than just a cousin. We grew up together as small children and have remained close throughout our lives, he was literally killing himself with his drinking and using it was getting so bad and he had been in numerous places and I had simply had enough. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found this place, and would recommend it to anyone who cares deeply about a loved one.

Cliffside Malibu is by far the premier substance abuse treament center on the west coast. They are leading the industry in clinical and holistic approaches that truly raise the bar for what an individual should receive when they reach out for help. I have seen multiple successes on a consistent basis during my tenure here at Cliffside. This place has the highest staff to client ratio. They are really raising the bar.

I want you to know that I have worked at multiple treatment centers and have held a variety of different roles and positions. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that this is the only place I've worked at where the staff and management generally care about the people they are treating. I can not tell you how many times I have personally stayed up all night long past my shift to comfort someone who is scared, detoxing or just needing someone to listen to them. I have countless friends who work with me and do the same. I can't think of one other person at any other place that I've worked at, other than myself, who would have ever done that. I thought it was important that I express myself fully because I do work here.

Life changing experience, I absolutely cant thank them enough. Their team really cares about your recovery and truly wants the best for you.

I am really grateful for this place.I almost feel bad that they helped me get free services when I know they must not be getting paid much or at all, but everyone is so kind and helpful. And the oven mitts on the foot rests were a nice touch. Pap smears aren't so scary anymore. Thanks!

I don't want to sound too dramatic, but honestly, Cliffside Malibu saved my brother's life. After years of dealing with addiction, we finally decided together that Cliffside was the best option. Upon arriving we both knew immediately that the quality of care and services at Cliffside was unparalleled. It's also located in one of the most peaceful and serene places I've ever been, with top-notch facilities and amenities. After some time adjusting, my brother was soon showing huge strides forward in both conquering his addiction, and increasing his quality of life. According to my brother, the peaceful location and helpful, friendly staff were what helped him the most. Battling addiction is not a fun experience, and it's not easy for anyone. Cliffside is able to make this experience something to remember, and something to learn from. Cliffside can't kick your addiction for you, but they will do everything they can to help you when you need it most. Anyway, it is amazing to have my brother back, and I can't thank the friendly people who work at Cliffside enough for helping us both.

Watching my best friend struggle with her addiction was so difficult but after doing my research and finding Cliffside, I began to have hope that I would be able to get her back. It was the absolute most beautiful and accommodating facility I was able to find. The minute she got started here, I knew she was in great hands. Throughout her time here I saw continuous improvement in her health and overall outlook on life and noticed that she began to become more balanced and confident in herself again. Their one on one approach assured me that she was getting a personalized program which I can see now was what really made the difference. I'm so glad to have my best friend on a positive and healthy track and I owe it all to the highly professional and caring staff at Cliffside Malibu.

Cliffside Malibu is amazing. Before coming here my cousin had relapsed 4 times over the course of 5 years. It was getting to the point where my cousin's boss would call my aunt to tell her that he knew my cousin was stealing money from work. My aunt was forced to apologize for her daughter and pay back the company for all her daughter's thefts. Honestly, it was only because her boss knew the family that my cousin even got off so easily. Needless to say, my cousin was dragging my entire family through the mud with her uncontrollable behavior. So my aunt was either going to keep paying through the roof to keep her daughter's name and the family reputation safe or she was going to keep trying to find a rehab that worked. Luckily something at Cliffside gave my cousin the ability to overcome her addiction. Actually, now she is the one taking me to yoga classes and telling me to "get it together" lol.
